To design lines of action for the adequate professional development of the sector’s agents, establishing codes of ethics, promoting mobility and greater qualification, developing innovation processes in management or implementing indicator and evaluation systems adequate to the sector’s characteristics.
To promote the development and consolidation of the business fabric and of the third sector in the fields of culture and creativity, specifically contemplating the case of self-employed workers and micro-businesses, as the majority agents in the sector. To pursue the sophistication of the offer and demand regarding the products, services and experiences in the field of culture and creativity in the Basque Country, disseminating their knowledge, use and enjoyment.
6. MAKE VISIBLE
To achieve a greater social recognition of culture and of the production of subjectivity as fundamental mechanisms for the development of life. To seek a more qualitative and diversified visibility in different social environments, in the education system, in the media and in other social environments to leverage access to citizens.
